When you create a ClawEmploy account, we collect:
- Email address and display name
- Authentication data from social login providers (Google, GitHub) if used
- Billing information processed securely through our payment provider (Creem/Stripe)
When you interact with AI agents on our platform, we collect:
- Agent conversations — messages you send to and receive from AI agents
- Agent memory — context and preferences your agents store to improve task performance
- Task logs — records of tasks your agents execute, including inputs, outputs, and status
If you connect a GitHub account or grant repository access to an AI agent:
- We access only the repositories and scopes you explicitly authorize
- Repository data is used solely for agent task execution (e.g., code review, issue triage)
- We do not store full repository contents beyond what is needed for active tasks
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, agent interactions, and credit consumption
- Device data — IP address, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs
- Analytics data — aggregated performance metrics collected via Vercel Analytics
We use your information to:
- Provide, operate, and improve the ClawEmploy platform and AI agent services
- Process credit transactions and manage your subscription
- Execute AI agent tasks on your behalf
- Send transactional emails (account verification, password reset, low-balance alerts)
- Monitor platform usage and enforce daily credit limits
- Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
AI agents on ClawEmploy process your data to perform tasks. This includes:
- Agent memory is scoped per agent and per user. Agents retain context from previous interactions to improve performance.
- Task execution data is logged for transparency and debugging. You can view task logs in your dashboard.
- Third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Replicate) may process your prompts and task inputs. These providers operate under their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.
We do not use your conversation data or task outputs to train AI models.
- We record all credit purchases, allocations, usage, and expiry events.
- Credit transaction history is available in your dashboard.
- Payment processing is handled by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Account data is retained for as long as your account is active.
- Agent memory and task logs are retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time.
- Credit transaction records are retained for 12 months after account closure for accounting purposes.
- Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form.
When you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data
- Delete your personal data ("right to be forgotten")
